FarmCam Flex 5MP camera kit

The camera can record movements detected 24/7* on the pre-installed 64GB SD card and you can easily access the recorded material in the FarmCam 2.0 app through your smartphone, tablet and computer. When the camera has detected a movement, it will send a notification directly to your phone and also start to record 5-8 seconds before the movement is detected. The camera comes with constant AI recognition which reduces false alarms, and it can distinguish if the movement is caused by a person or a vehicle. It will detect other non-specified movements, for example animals, and the camera will classify these as an object in the FarmCam 2.0 app. 

Powering and connecting the camera to the network only requires one cable connected to the Flex Hub unit. With an information section placed on the front of the Flex Hub you can write down your information about the cameras, such as name and password. You can also place one of the QR code(s) from the camera(s) for more convenient access in the future. The Flex Starter kit supports up to three cameras, but you can easily extend the system by adding another Flex Hub. Simply connect the two Flex Hubs with an ethernet cable and now you have a system that supports up to seven cameras. 

The camera has a 5MP (2560x1920) resolution lens, with a wide field of view (80° horizontal, 42° vertical) letting you view a high-quality video stream directly in your smartphone, tablet, or computer. It also has an IR light with an impressive 30 m range, enabling you to monitor your animal’s wellbeing or property in low-light conditions.  

TIP! In the FarmCam 2.0 app you can customize the sensitivity of the detection in your camera, this allows you to receive less or more notifications and recordings. Learn more about how you can customize your settings in the FarmCam 2.0 app by following our tips and tricks guide.
