Planned work notification regarding the My.Luda.Farm services

We are keen to enhance the My.Luda.Farm app for our customers, a process that unfortunately requires temporary downtime. This effort is part of our journey towards introducing the upcoming versions of FenceAlarm and SmartPlug. 

At the end of May 2024, the My.Luda.Farm services will undergo a substantial update. We anticipate that the app will be unavailable for approximately 1-2 days, although this could extend slightly longer depending on the update process. Please note that during this time you will not be able to use the app. 

During the scheduled downtime, please be aware that FenceAlarm and SmartPlug will be unavailable. However, the FarmCam Mobility S will remain accessible through the FarmCam 2.0 app, provided there is an active subscription with sufficient data to cover the period of the downtime. 

This update will affect all active subscriptions for the following products: FenceAlarm, SmartPlug, FarmCam Mobility and FarmCam Mobility S. After the update has been completed, we advise you to check your subscription details to ensure correctness. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns about your subscriptions, please contact our support team at support@luda.farm. 

The forthcoming update will introduce several improvements, including consolidated billing for users with multiple devices. Instead of receiving individual invoices for each unit, you will receive one comprehensive invoice for all units, whether you pay every month or once a year. 

We will inform you promptly once a specific date for the downtime period is established.
