My.Luda.Farm Downtime due to scheduled maintenance

Today, on the 5th of August, as part of improving My.Luda.Farm, the previously announced scheduled maintenance will be initiated.

  • Downtime schedule: The expected downtime is 1-2 days, starting on the 5th of August. However, this could extend longer due to external circumstances.
  • Service availability: The web app will be the first to go online after the maintenance. The Android/iOS apps will take slightly longer and will need to be updated after the maintenance is done. We will let you know when the app updates are available. Note that since we are upgrading the security in the app, you will have to reset your password after the update.
  • Product availability: During the downtime FenceAlarm and SmartPlug will be unavailable, and no notifications will be received from these devices. FarmCam Mobility and FarmCam Mobility S will still be accessible through FarmCam 2.0, given that you had a valid subscription at the point the maintenance was initiated.
  • Affected services: This update will affect all active subscriptions for the following products: FenceAlarm, SmartPlug, FarmCam Mobility, and FarmCam Mobility S. After the update, please check your subscription details in the app to ensure accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns about your subscriptions, please contact our support team at support@luda.farm.
